Case Studies of Solutions

Case 1
"We need a low-cost transformer with no sacrifice in quality."

When calculating load capacity, in the design stage the current values at peak based on the specifications from the component manufacturers are sometimes simply added together, and in this case the calculated results for the power-source capacity are excessive and make for a body that is large and heavy. Our method when testing equipment operation is to have the customer employ test-use transformers that we provide, and conduct power-source measurement (of the effective values) at the same time. The optimal capacity of the equipment is then calculated from these measurement results, and eliminating areas of waste makes large cost reductions possible. When the equipment is to be designed and volume-produced as a dedicated device, you can look forward to great effectiveness.
