EN-certified Series

The unification of the European market led to the issuance by the European Commission of a succession of directives on standards, safety, and the like. These cover a wide variety of areas, and include the Machinery Directive, the EMC Directive, the Low Voltage Directive. Further, several evaluation modules for compliance exist, and memories of the period when ascertaining the content of directives was difficult are still fresh. Nunome Electric has earned high evaluations for safety and standards compliance and acquired licenses for both products and quality-assurance systems from third-party certification organization TüV SüD Japan Ltd.

Features
These products are compliant with the requirements of EN standards EN 61558-2-4 or EN 61558-2-6.
The electrical characteristics and safety of these transformers have earned certification from third-party certification organizations, and are ideal for assembly in equipment compliant with overseas standards.
Insulation systems are adopted that take into account operating environments with demanding conditions (severe contamination levels).
This series is composed of one model type per product.
For the terminal block, in addition to round terminals (TX series), bar terminals (WDU series) are also available for selection (for the TV series only).

How to Read the Model Names

Required voltage combinations can be produced by means of the primary and secondary voltages indicated in the codes, but we recommend the standard specifications indicated in the dimension charts. When selecting a voltage combination not listed explicitly, the model name differs from the dimension chart.Please contact our Head Office Sales Division.
